A trivia game for friends — with a dare wheel
“What’s the Number?” is a party trivia game where every answer is a number. How many legs does a crab have? What year did Shrek come out? Everyone writes down a guess, and whoever is furthest from the right number loses the round — and spins the dare wheel.
How to play
- Open the game on a phone or laptop and choose “Play with friends”.
- Pick topics, the number of rounds and how often to spin the dare wheel.
- The game shows a question. Everyone writes their number on paper.
- Tap “Show answer” and compare your numbers with the right one.
- Whoever is furthest off loses the round. When the wheel comes up, it picks their dare.
Why it’s fun
- You don’t need to know the exact answer — just be closer than everyone else, so anyone can win.
- Numbers start arguments: “no way Africa has 54 countries!” — and every answer comes with a short explanation.
- The dares are simple and silly: talk like a robot, write a poem about your neighbor, advertise something on the table.
Great for
House parties, birthdays, New Year’s Eve, team building, family game night, classrooms and road trips — anywhere with a group and one phone.
